FISHING RODEO

The twelfth annual Lake Ramsey fishing rodeo was held April 6, 2013.

The annual event attracted 35 fishermen angling for cash prizes totaling $325.

Several young fishermen also received fishing tackle prizes.  The winners in the Bass division are as follows:

First Prize of $150 went to the team of Mathew Songy, Zack Herrington, and Richard Williams with a total weight of 15.65 pounds for their five fish.

Second Prize of $100 went to the team of Frank Oddo, Chase Lawson, and Aaron Dufrene with a total weight of 14.45 pounds for their five fish.

Third Prize of $50 went to the team of Phillip Ferro, Thomas Annello, and Carl Wegierski with a total weight of 14.20 pounds for their five fish.

In addition the Bayard Family won the catfish/carp division with 12.35 pounds of carp.

The team of Darlene Parlipiano and Peggy Bethancourt came in second place with two nice catfish.
